These terms cover your use of this website and your engagement of ACE Tech Dubai ("we," "us") for IT support, networking, CCTV, cloud and backup services. By contacting us or booking a job, you agree to the points below.
Quotes and pricing
Prices shown on this website are starting/indicative prices for common jobs. The exact price for your job is confirmed as a fixed quote after a free diagnosis, before any paid work begins. Final pricing can vary based on the specific issue, parts required, and site conditions.
Diagnosis and callouts
A first assessment is provided free of charge, either remotely or on-site. If you choose not to proceed with a job after receiving a quote, you are not obligated to pay for that assessment.
Work guarantee
Completed work is backed for 30 days from the date of completion. If the same issue recurs within that period, contact us and we will address it. This guarantee covers the specific issue that was fixed — it does not cover unrelated faults, new issues, or damage caused by third parties after our work is complete.
Customer responsibilities
You're responsible for providing safe access to your premises and equipment, and for backing up critical data before any hardware or software work begins, unless a backup service is the job itself.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect how we actually operate. The current version will always be available on this page.
