These terms cover your use of this website and your engagement of ACE Tech Dubai ("we," "us") for IT support, networking, CCTV, cloud and backup services. By contacting us or booking a job, you agree to the points below.
Quotes and pricing
Prices shown on this website are standard published prices for common jobs. An On Demand Office Fix covers up to 60 minutes onsite during business hours. Additional onsite or remote labour is charged at AED 199/hour and must be approved before work continues. Monthly plans have a 3 month minimum. Final pricing can vary based on the specific issue, parts required, and site conditions. Prices exclude VAT where applicable.
Assessment and callouts
We'll assess the issue and confirm the next step before additional work begins. Parts, hardware, software licences and project work are quoted and agreed separately.
Work guarantee
Completed work is backed for 30 days from the date of completion. If the same issue recurs within that period, contact us and we will address it. This guarantee covers the specific issue that was fixed. It does not cover unrelated faults, new issues, or damage caused by third parties after our work is complete.
Customer responsibilities
You're responsible for providing safe access to your premises and equipment, and for backing up critical data before any hardware or software work begins, unless a backup service is the job itself.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect how we actually operate. The current version will always be available on this page.
